COCOA NIBS

Cocoa Nibs are small pieces of fragmented cocoa beans, which are obtained after the roasting and shelling process. They have a bitter and chocolate flavor.

Cocoa nibs are a great source of fiber, protein, and healthy fats, nutrients that help promote a feeling of fullness. They also contain powerful plant compounds, including flavonoids, which are antioxidant substances that promote vasodilation, reducing or stabilizing blood pressure.

They are rich in minerals, such as iron, magnesium, phosphorus, zinc, manganese and copper. That is why it is considered a super food.
