COCOA POWDER

It comes from the powdering of the cocoa cake, with a fat content of 10-12%. It is marketed as natural (light brown), alkaline (dark brown), and hyperalkaline (black) powder.

It is used as a raw material for making cakes, ice cream and cookies, it is also used in beverages.
