COCOA BUTTER

Pale yellow vegetable fat product with a rich cocoa flavor and aroma. It is obtained by pressing the cocoa liquor.

Due to its properties, it is such a versatile raw material that it is used in cosmetics for the production of beauty products; in pharmaceuticals as the basis of some medicines and, of course, in the production of chocolates, mainly white chocolate.
